Order Processing

Most orders are carefully prepared and shipped within one (1) business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your shipping label has been created, your order will be marked as shipped, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement within the carrier’s system.

We strive to process every order promptly; however, processing times may vary slightly during periods of elevated demand.

Shipping Method

We offer one streamlined shipping option to ensure a consistent and reliable delivery experience for all customers.

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and depend on your location within the United States. While we work closely with trusted carriers, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

United States Shipping Only

Mati Soleil currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Mati Soleil is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you need to request a correction, please contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once a shipping label has been generated.

Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and final handling are outside of our control. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Confirming delivery details directly with the carrier
