60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

For supplements, customers are allowed to try the product and return it within this 60-day period if they are not satisfied for any reason.

Subscription Purchases

For subscription orders, the 60-day return window is based on the start date of the subscription, not on each individual shipment.

  • The return period begins on the delivery date of your first subscription order.
  • Any subscription shipment delivered within 60 days of that initial delivery date may be eligible for return.
  • Once 60 days have passed from the delivery of your first subscription order, all future shipments are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, even if they are newly shipped or unopened.

Example:
If your subscription begins on January 1 and your first shipment is delivered on January 5, you may request a return for any shipment delivered on or before March 6 (60 days from January 5). Shipments delivered after that date are not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions, including cancellations or modifications, prior to future billing and shipment dates. All recurring subscriptions are automatically notified by email three (3) days prior to the scheduled charge date. Customers may cancel or manage their subscription by following the link provided in that email. If a customer experiences technical issues and is unable to cancel or manage their subscription, they must contact customer support at prior to the charge date for assistance. Charges that are processed due to a failure to cancel or modify the subscription before the billing date are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within the applicable 60-day window.
  • Your item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.

  • Returns must be sent to the address provided in our return authorization instructions.
  • Please ship your return only to the address provided by customer support once your return has been approved. Returns sent to any other address cannot be accepted.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including purchasing the return shipping label. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
